Hello,

 

I just wanted to get this off my chest since N7 Day.

I know I probably won't get any replies and nothing will really be done about it but I just had to say it.

 

I have been shopping from your store for a while now.I have used in the past both the European (which doesn't exist anymore) and the NA store (mostly that one) and I have always been very happy with the service and the delivery times even though the postage was high.I just enjoyed the fact that I could make nice quick orders as a guest and be done with it.

 

Recently, in November, after haven't placed an order since 2014 I was eager for the sales and me and some mates were preparing a big 200+ Dollar order through my account ( I finally thought it was time to open an account on my own since I noticed the store had scrapped the "Proceed as a Guest" button)".When I went to check out, to our surprise , we couldn't find Greece in the list of countries for the billing and shipping info alas, we couldn't complete the order and we were very very disappointed.In that list, there were ALL countries from Afghanistan to Zambia but no Greece to be found.

 

I just wanted to know 3 things.

 

1.Is this a mistake?Maybe when the store was updated? Because it seems very very odd.If it is a mistake , please fix it.

2.If this was not a mistake, then I'd like to know the reason why?

3.Will there EVER be a European shop ever again?

 

I mean, I'm just a fan who wants to buy your awesome stuff and I am looking for a way.

Well I hope that is a bug in the site. Can't see any reason why they wouldn't ship to Greece. I would suggest sending them a email (although they can be very very slow in a response and some post here suggest they won't always respond at all). Maybe send them multiple emails a week until they respond.

For the EU shop returning I wouldn't hold your breath for it returning. We haven't heard anything from threehousestore about it or that they are even thinking about having it return. My guess is that it didn't sell well enough and they just closed it because of that. Any confirmation from them would be nice though, but I don't have the feeling that they read these forums though.
