Considering that i created a female charcter (Something i never do) just so i could romance Sera i obviously have to go with Sera.

I would say Sera is the best.  The little things like her journal entries that added a lot to making feel the most realistic.  The Sera romance also had the best DLC carry over of any I've done (like, compare to Merrill which had no DLC carryover and Leliana who just sends you a note in Awakening...).  A part of me likes that Sera can dump you (and then start hooking up with Dagna, basically).  It's about time BW companions started getting back at us PCs for doing the same to them for years.

 

Isabela's had a lot of that stuff I mentioned too (i.e., DLC carryover), but I think hers is a bit lacking in content (especially Act 1 where there's nothing) compared to Sera's.  It also felt like Sera had more romance related banter than the others I've done (when it triggered) but that might be due to there being more companions in DA:I compared to other DA games.

 

I'm only judging f/f romance...never did a m/m one besides making one Male Hawke that got as far as hooking up with Jethann at the Rose.
