This is the SECOND ME2 disc i have tried, (returned the first one) i install everything correctly, everyhing is good. Then i try and open the program, click "Play" the about 10 seconds of waiting, the computer freezes. Nothing comes up, no other screen, nothing ever pops up. Can You Help?

NVIDIA GeForce 8800M GTX
DirectX 10.0 (Mar2009) or later
Comp Freezes before game even starts!

8800M gtx might not have enough horsepower for this game. Use the game config tool to drop everything to bare minimum, and see if that helps.

i lowered everything, still does the same thing... 8800 gtx should be really good though so i dunno

Actually I'd already posted a topic http://social.biowar...6/index/3285373 here. I would've posted it here too if I'd been asking more than "Did you ever fix it".
It's not as pretty as your example, but I'd have probably read your thread if it had a better title- "Unanswerable questions" made me think it was someone else commenting on a problem they were having playing Mass Effect.
