Hello. I have retail version of NWN2, MotB and SoZ. I already installed it a long time ago, so probably are linked to my Bioware account, if still exist(but I don't see it listed here in my account).

Now, I want to sell it and buy digital version on GOG. Is it possible to sell, or cdkey can't be reused?

Well, it's not linked to your Bioware account and won't be (unless they suddenly unhack something that was hacked years ago), so I don't see a problem with that.
