The problem went away for two days and now it is back.

 

Can not connect to the Dragon Age server.  Can't connect to ANY EA game multiplayer server, to be honest.

 

Every other game loads, and plays, without a problem.  Just the EA games are affected.

 

I would like to know what the problem is and how to fix it.  Had to deal with this in the summer, over a month and a half without being able to play, and earlier this month, a week and a half without being able to play.

 

It has started again this morning.  I have deleted and reinstalled the game, my profile and the last update.  As well as cleared my cache.  Numerous times.

 

I know that the problem is not on my end.  Other games load without a problem and my internet connection is great.

 

I would like info on this so I can get back to playing a game.  Or, I would like to know what I have to do to get a refund for a game that I can not play.

 

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Check your hosts file as well. Can you access EA's website?

I can sign in to Dragon Age Keep, Bioware forums and EA.

 

Not sure what hosts file are.  I, as well as my gf, are having this problem on both consoles.  Only with Bioware games.
