Where do you find the gr2 files in the NWN2 folder? It's one of the file formats the game uses.

They're animations files (except the ones ending with _skel.gr2, which define how the bones are linked to one another), which you'll find in the \<NWN2 folder>\Data\lod-merged*.zip files.
