why is most of the time i spend playing multiplayer spent not playing multiplayer?

I am not sure I follow.  Are you playing mutiplayer rounds solo?  Are you hosting a lobby and no one has joined you?  Are you afk?  Are you looking at loot, gear, ability options?

what i mean is i load up the game, i reload the game , i enter lobby game crashes, i join game and then i play game and boom i dc , well ive bn playing for 2 hours today and ive managed 2 games where i didnt shake hands with some kind of error , and this is on the pc

Oh this is perfectly normal. Just get use it and think it as a part of the game mechanism.

Because EA want you to spend more money on platinum so you can solo then disconnect from your own game when someone tries to join you.
