No.  The DLCs will be there to be downloaded just as if you bought them individually, but the game will still show up as installed.

Oh interesting, so like on Origin it just updates the standard library entry into one new one?

The GOTY shows up like a new game in your library, but there's no need to install it, just the DLC.  It will show up as installed automatically if the vanilla game is installed.
