Where can I get a All-In-One Edition of Mass Effect? That is, all DLCs. Because of the overcomplicated DLC handling I always avoided to buy Mass Effect earlier. Also I NEVER EVER buy anything except in an All-In-One-Release. It is just a lot easier to handle.
I think $20 is a good offer.
Not in a hurry, still have 250 games in my steam backlog.
Mass Effect 1 only has 2 DLC which are included in the normal Origin version (Steam version is without DLC).
They're included in the game on Origin, it's with ME2 and ME3 where you have to start messing about with separate DLCs.
For ME1, the Pinnacle Station DLC is only unavailable if you want to stick to the retail (DVD) version. If you get the digital download from Origin (which you redeem with the retail version if you desire), you will get both DLC (Pinnacle Station and Bring Down the Sky). I bought ME1 on Steam and inserted its key on Origin. And I didn't get Pinnacle Station. It is not even available for purchase.
They probably messed something up with the activation. Or didn't want to provide Steam users with extra content (greedy EA). I remember though that nearly 2 years ago I registered my Steam key on Origin and I got Pinnacle Station.

I know this doesn't help but you are not missing anything. Whatever Pinnacle station does, the arena in Citadel DLC does 10 times better. Annoying it didn't work though :/

I had to use the Fast Game Speed tweak to beat it.
Ah I play on normal cause I'm a wuss. 
I'm not great at combat so normal is good enough for me, so I haven't had that problem. It annoys me when game breaking bugs aren't fixed, sure if a silly thing bugs out then that's life, but if you can't complete something it's really not fair.
I like using the terminal in Shepard's apartment to get Geth Pulse Rifle X with 2 equipment slots and an ammo slot.
I always give one of these to Tali for her loyalty mission as an inside joke on the Geth Upgrades.
