I completed all the dossier missions to get my squad, and it stills says i cant enter it.  what gives?

You need to complete five more mission, either loyalty mission or side missions.

they shoulda let you enter the omega 4 relay whenever you wanted. like right after you get the normandy. thatd be neat. youd prolly die, but itd still be neato.
