I still don't have Barrage Upgrade on my new account. It's actually the one I miss most... oh, and having Gear that only provides one extra nade sure sucks too.

 

I also anticipate that others don't even use even 1/3 of what I've listed.

 

Everything I didn't list might as well not exist.

Of course gear depends on the character, but ones that I use commonly now that I practically only play gold with friends:

 

Stronghold

Densified Ammo

Grenade Capacity

Vulnerability VI

Commando Package

Berserker Package

Expert Package

Barrage Package

 

I don't tend to spam grenades or use rockets with friends, so Grenade Capacity and Armored Compartments aren't used much.

To finally answer the OP. I haven't used anything but Geth Scanner in two years. I can't see enemies that aren't outlined in red but I don't even recognize the blue/white lines people talk about either. I just kind of don't brain them anymore...

I'll gladly admit that It bugs the ever-lovin' begeezus out of me. It's only after much forced utilization that I can make use of Hunter Mode at all....

- the various weapon amps
- the various +Grenade gear
- Adaptive War Amp
- Commando Pkg
- Expert Pkg
- JuggyShield - Shield Booster - Stronghold
- OmniCapacitors

A few of those are rarely used and something weird is afoot if I've equipped one not on that list.

I cram all the gear on all the kits...then use keybindings to use at will

Armored Compartments, Medigel Transmitter, and the Batarian Gauntlet. But the last one only on Batarians.
