Can anyone tell me, how the devil to import my fish from Mass Effect 2 to Mass Effect 3. I always play FemShep and have absolutely no intention of romancing Kelly Chambers. I have stuck with the same character since ME1 (Liara). I always have all my missions done before I pick up the Reaper IFF. then the only mission I am required to go on is Legions Loyalty mission. After that the IFF is installed and I leave and the Collectors attack the ship, however, since all my missions are done, I leave for the Omega 4 relay to begin the final mission, I always get my entire crew back.

 

Is the only way to import live fish to romance the traitor. because truth to tell, as much as I would like the intel I would definitely prefer to put a bullet in her than have my character sleep with her.

ISNT THERE ANY OTHER WAY.

You don't have to sleep with Kelly, you just have to have dinner with her.

Edit: I think you also have to ask her how she's going, after you return from the suicide mission.
Or maybe that is just to get the dance scene.

Yeah, complete the romance until you have a dinner with her. When you talk again, she'll offer to feed your fish. Accept, and then pretend she doesn't exist.

Be nice to Kelly in ME2. Make sure to have dinner with her. She will make a comment about feeding your fish. She will even make the comment if you don't have any fish.

 

In ME3, make sure to go to the holding area on the Citadel to see Chambers before curing/sabotaging the genophage. When you first see her, she will give your fish back.

If you're playing on PC, you can use Gibbed and adjust so that you can meet Kelly in ME3 and make her give you your fish without you even speaking to her in ME2 (I never do, she's TIM's little spy anyway).

 

Plot>Manual, type '3817' and press Get, and then tick on the 'is Set' box and it will turn from False to True.

 

Plot>Mass Effect 2>Fish ; check if you obtained all fish, and then set the integers to 2 so that it will be alive.

 

and save the file. She will pop up at the Refugee section and be sure to speak to her before Citadel coup.
