Even though NWN2 still has a few healthy PWs running, I notice the complete lack of normal multiplay sessions, especially for those small scale adventures to be done with 2/3/4 players.

So I had in mind of making a thread for people who wanted to set up a multiplayer session to play the official campaigns or even custom ones such as Wulverheim or Path of Evil (not sure if they support multiplayer though, Wulverheim should at least).

Could be something like this:

Author:
Module/Campaign:

Type of Game: (RP, Action, Social, ecc...)
Files to download: (if required, and with links, generally intended to be hak, but could be anything I suppose)

I.P. Adress: (for direct connect, in case there's no display on the NWN scry)

Game Time: (for example starts at 20:00 GMT + 1)

Password: (if you want to have one)

What do you think? Anyone would be up for something like this or is it just a waste of time? Or is there already a better forum/place for this kind of stuff? I also say this because PW action in NWN2 is pretty much dead (RoT being the only exception).

Can The Neverwinter Vault Callender be used for this? If not, maybe their webmaster can set up a simple connection page.

http://neverwintervault.org/calendar

neverwinterconnections.com, where have you gone?

That could be a good idea, but how many people look at that calendar regularly? Even though I've been using the neverwinter vault for months, this is the first time I actually see that calendar lol.

Yeah, it would need a small "games being played" link, or at least a better Callender link, on their front page for advertising. I've joined good games from forum posts, but it was much easier looking at a Callender for a game/time to play. It could even be used for PW events. Neverwinter Connections was used for that. Even if there weren't many games listed, just seeing there is still activity would encourage others. Out of my control. anyway. :)
Forum threads may be the only solution for now.

Activity this year would be nice. It's NWN2's 10 year anniversary, after all.
:P
