I'm assuming this is where I post these things but I've noticed that some of the tiles -- when you "lock" them -- don't show a plot conflict error as some of the combinations are impossible to achieve in the game (I know because I've tried them...). I've noticed two such instances and since I assume these were mere oversights, I thought it'd be best to just point them over here.
1. Romanced Cassandra + Cassandra didn't find book of secrets.
The Book of Secrets is referring to Cassandra's personal quest, I imagine, and I know it's impossible to trigger her romance without doing her personal quest. So she has to find the book if you want to get that Seeker love!
2. Grand Duchess Florianne Alive + Briala rules through Gaspard / Gaspard rules alone.
You cannot let Florianne assassinate Celene and still keep Florianne alive (even with high court approval) so it's impossible to have Briala or Gaspard rule this way. Florianne and Celene both have to be dead in order for Briala or Gaspard to rule over Orlais.
These are more just nitpicks and unless I did something wrong, I'm pretty sure these are just the few instances. Love the Keep overall though! Hopefully a Mass Effect one comes out soon
