In the Codex, I have noticed the following four minor errors.

1. The last sentence in the Krogan biography is not spoken by the narrator.

2. In the Quarian biography, there is a typo with the word "know," in it's place should have been known.
"Because of this, each Quarian must go on a rite of passage know as the Pilgrimage when they come of age.

3. The narrator audio for the Reapers biography is of horrible production quality.

4. The biography for the Medi-Gel page is slightly incorrect.
"Technically, medi-gel violates Council laws against genetic engineering, but so far, has proved far too useful to ban."

What is actually said by the narrator is as follows:
"Technically, medi-gel violates Council laws against genetic engineering, but to date, it has proved far too useful to ban."
