Is there any way to display ground rings, enemy status, and qued ability in a normal camera?

It's hard to see where my characters are without switching to a tactical camera because there are no ground rings in a normal camera.

Seconded, I'd like to know too.

The combat is way more confusing than in DA2 and DAO.  Depending on the terrain I can have a real struggle telling everyone apart.  If there's a way to get the rings back (and names over people's heads when you press tab) I'd like to know too.  There were a few times I couldn't even see my dwarf cause she was so titchy I had no idea where the heck she was.

I don't believe so, though I haven't really tried to find a setting that enables them in all combat. Have you looked in settings?

Instead, you can use the minimap circle to find your peeps. They are the gold/tan dots.

Another trick you can use is to just cycle across all your characters to find where they are. You don't have to pause or use Tactical to do that. You can cycle across all in just a second or two, that's enough time to figure out where they are. That's something worth doing in any case, to check if your characters are stuck in the dreaded "stand and do nothing" bug.

That bug seems to occur awfully a lot, like every 10 second when I control my main mage character; I have to jump after every spell combinations to unfreeze... Is jumping the only option I can do to escape?

No. Some people have had success with using an active ability. But for me, jumping is the only thing that is 100% reliable.
