You can have a human protagonist without falling into the Humans Are Special trope. It is only when the writers try to portray the humans as being smarter, more adaptable, more inherently noble, ect than every other form of sapient life, that the story feels more like an egocentric circle jerk than one simply being told from a human perspective.

The weird little quests where you get something like the pillars of whatever and all you have to do is run up and click on a volus or an asari, time sink quests. Really hope bioware stops this stuff.

Femshep's run in ME3. I have no idea what the animators were thinking. It looks like she has the runs and is making a desperate bid to reach the bathroom.
I consider it a step in the right direction in general that her default run is different than the guy's.
Next maybe they'll have a different animation cycle for her as well so she doesn't sit or stand so wide legged when in a conversation.
Might be asking for too much though...probably requires double to code or whatever allocation just for something that probably wont' even bother a majority of players...
But then, this is a small things thread, so...

Definitely. Though I dislike her ME2 run too, what with the gorilla impersonation. Clearly dying and coming back to life played havoc with her motor skills. ![]()

Oh minor grievances eh? Let's see:
- how male Shep (I never played female so I don't know if for her too) would grin/drool over asari as a default action - they're blue females for the little wet nerd that could, I get it, but can we please not?
- awesome/amazing/fantastic/etc biotic powers in ME1 turned to throwing blue potatoes in ME2 and to some extent in ME3 as well - can we please not?
- overheating weapons was a really fun concept for me, I find the munitions management to be both boring and irritating... then it got turned into just that - let's abandon originality in favor of a quick cash grab - can we please not?
- this was fixed in ME3, but since ME1 & ME2 are not erased from existence by that, I still feel I need to mention this: hetero only Shep in ME1... and then really nasty thing, hetero only male Shep, while female Shep can go gay in ME2 - can we NOT?
- less and less dialogue and interactions - again ME3 was a step in the right direction and I hope they keep it
Well nothing else pops to mind. I generally only rage and go insane when playing Bioware games due to the monstrous number of bugs. The games themselves, are quite amazing. Even when dumbed down for... I don't even know who for... but since they did it I imagine there are reasons (meaning money) for it.

Run and cover as the same button.
Better synchronization when bringing up the power wheel, if I order warp, throw I don't want throw then 3 seconds later warp for example.
Being rushed: C'mon Shepard hit the damn button already.
Shut up Grunt, there's credits to be scanned and clips to be collected, I got this.

He's hiding behind a corner and you cant get him with it. You have to hop cover cop the blast, then jump back over again. Really needed a cover grab for that guy.

Overuse of lens flare. It gives me a headache, especially in ME3. I hope they tone it down for the upcoming game.

I see your team is the #1 seed in the AFC while my team is the #1 seed in the NFC. Maybe we'll meet in the Superbowl with my team winning. hahaha. But I am glad they did get the top seed. Was getting tired of that other team being the top seed for last few years.

I am eternally skeptical whenever someone whine about how 'little' scene they have with ME3's Liara..... just no.
Several years later, still no discounts for DLC...
Autodialogue Garrus is what's really annoying in ME3. At least I could always be cold and a jerk to Liara. No chance with turian batman here...
on Black Friday 2014 the DLC was discounted to $3.99 on PSN, all except Arrival DLC.
