Let's face it. The demographic is overwhelmingly male. It would be nice to have some female companionship in the MP. I hope ME:A adds more elements that attrack women.

Why do they need to be rich? Regardless, that is not a bad idea. It would not effect me -- as I only stare at the beautiful alien girls -- but still that is not a bad idea. Mass Effect should appeal to more girls. I do not agree with the rich part, but it should appeal to girls, too.

Erm, I'm a woman. Neither rich dudes nor six pack abs would make me wanna play a game. And I wouldn't think much of the type of woman who would suddenly start playing just for those reasons.

I'm good with what we've got, tho a few more romance options for femshep in ME2 and 3 were sorely needed. Luckily there was a nice turian to keep me company but still, ME2 femshep options were a joke.

I no way, shape, or form agree with the topic, and mostly think it's yet another trollpost courtesy of thebunz, but to touch on that specific subject. Finding girlfriends that like playing Mass Effect (any game) is really hard.

 

My ex actually gave it an honest try, which is more than I can say for most of the womens I've dated. Although she did get into D3 oddly enough.

I just think there would be better conversations in multiplayer if women weren't so rare. Everytime one comes on the mic, some wierdo has to scare them off. It really detracts from my gaming experience!

True some men just scare the biotics out of me when I get into a lobby. I felt like a unicorn to be honest, that's why i rarely turn on my mic

 

But when I do it's just to toy with the male's feelings.*super effective*

I can understand your uncomfort but don't let it get the best of you i used to be very shy about it so everytime i had gathered the courage to turn on the mic i was scared away with that kind of behavior. Over time, you separate the sound from the noise very easily talk to you in mp!

Sometimes I flirt but nothing serious. I did have an online romance going that I got too afraid of and blocked and deleted her. Sorry if you're in the forums

 

Really I'd just like to talk to women online. All my RL chick friends try sleeping with me at one point or another, I'd like to have something platonic because there is no other way.
