Listen up. Female gamers who aren't just attention seekers just want to play the game without anyone flirting with them or commenting on their sex at all. Garrus is popular because he treats FemShep as a friend and comrade in arms, not as a sex object.
Abs, riches and epeen are not going to make me more likely to use my mic. Camaraderie, co-op gameplay and respect will.
So for all you male players who can't make female gamer friends on line, try this:
Don't follow her character around the map. Play the fing objective.
Don't flirt. Play the fing objective.
Don't comment on her skill or lack thereof in relation to her sex. Don't comment on what you imagine her body to be like. Play the fing objective.
Don't defend the honor of all male gamers by obviously trying to outscore her BECAUSE she is female.
Be a good teammate.
Once you've proven you can act like a normal human being for one match, try starting a conversation that doesn't revolve around her, her sex, her need for sex, her need for your epeen, her lack of skill, you, your sex, your need for sex, your skill, why women are bitches, or why you can't get a date. Try asking her what she likes about Mass Effect. Or Star Wars.
Basically, treat her like a gaming buddy.
EDITED for clarity.

Basically you're telling me that I should treat women online differently because they're women. When playing with guys on ME3 MP I will:
> Try to outscore all of them
> Lock them in the reactor and blow up possessed abominations on top of them(I do revive afterwards)
> Comment on their skill if they're actually good players
So I apparently break half your rules, even when playing with guys, and I still make friends with plenty of gamer girls.
You mostly just need to not make everything about sex.

I should be more clear. Don't be obviously trying to outscore her BECAUSE she's female. Or comment on her score In relation to her being a female. Behaving as you would with any male gamer is exactly why you have plenty of female gamer friends. You 're right, I shouldn't have brought up the likelihood of sex, that was condescending. The reality is that the likelihood of sex is quite small no matter how one behaves, but being a good teammate raises the odds from zero to unlikely.
Also, since when is two half of eight?

Hey, I haven't seen the new movie yet, but the original Star Wars trilogy is great. Anyway, the standard human male body in Mass Effect had a 6-pack.
I do not know why, but this reminded me of EDI from Mass Effect 2.
Probably because Traynor makes a comment about finding EDI's voice attractive.
There's some serious stereotyping going on here...
And it's hilarious

Well the middle one implied I'm not a good teammate cause I keep intentionally killing you =P
Though the reality is that the likelihood of sex is probably pretty low even if she does like you, as you very likely don't live anywhere close to each other.
It's too much effort to go through for sex when I can get that without going through all that, unless you're willing to start an internet romance.

Crockpot sounds about nice. Would love to make some dulce de leche sometimes
In a crockpot, how?
I have 3 methods to make dulce de leche none involve a crockpot. A 4th method would be nice to know, especially if it uses the easy button like a crockpot.

Thanks, that's awesome and it gets jarred in the process.
I've used for my easy/safe way http://www.davidlebo...ulce-de-lechec/
My pain in the ass more traditional method is this though I sub in goats milk to make it a smidge more authentic. Lot of work/cost for 1 cup of the stuff.

Pfft, blowing up your teammates is proper etiquette no matter what sex you are. Also headbutting.
I'm just listing the things that would make me more or less likely to send a FR to someone, or just leave the match. All of the guys on my FL just PTFO and expect me to do the same. And that's why they're on my FL. If that's not the type of relationship TheBunz wants with female gamers, he can just go be him.

I am sure women don't want to be treated like my male gaming buddy's. Because all the thinks you write would be fine and she could deal with it. Best is ignore all unpleasant people who **** you mom and do you objective. Yes most online community's are toxic, and it have nothing to do with you gender. You gender only affect what type of insults you get. If someone trash talk you in game just beat that person in game you play.

I don't mind things that female gamers want as long as it doesn't interfere with my enjoyment of the game, I am a normal reasonable person that way, I don't care about strangers enjoying the game as much as I do.
If the devs change the game for females and think the cost of how much it affects male enjoyment will gain them a larger customer base then that's just something I need to deal with, makes sense.
What I don't like is the sense of entitlement some people have in regards to things like this, as if they are owed these things.

Top thread Bunz. I'm certainly on board with more rich dudes with six pack abs, especially if they are also manly shouldered quarians with Greek god level Adonis ratios, possessing sexy accents run through a voice filter
.
Glad you're back. Keep doing good work in this section. It is bereft of good ideas like this one as of late.
