The operations tiles set. It has four options that have to do with 3 specific war table mission sets and if you used the war table a lot or not.

Thanks...do you know what missions are those? I think I still have a bunch of available missions on the war table...I want to go directly to those 3. Thanks again!

It doesn't say the war table mission names but it says that one is about whether the Sutherland company was successful (you can start this set by talking to the guy at the second floor in the tavern who wants to help), the other is about whether you contacted Charade or Johi (who are Red Jennies), and the last one is about what you did with an arranged marriage.
