I'm sorry, I wasn't clear what I meant by not troubling the Warden. I meant that she wouldn't try and fight them again on their way up the tower. She's defeated.Is it clear? She still believes what they've done is justified.
And her talk about joining the Chantry is a straight up lie, as Alistair points out that they would never take in a blood mage.
With that said, I don't think she ever had the chance to go to the chantry, lie or not. Gregoir wouldn't let anybody else out the tower. And it's implied that, once the tower is freed, the Templars sort out with the help of Irving who took part in the rebellion and who didn't. To me (and I realise it reaches headcanon territory), it looks more probable that she did answer for her crimes rather than not.
