Customer service worse than ive ever seen it.

Its been probably more than 24 hrs now. yesturday i finally got my terminus armor working, but my cerberus has gone down. so ive been calling, requesting live chat, and emailing for about 14 hours, and there no answer on the phone, all chat requests are cancelld and all the email responces are automated. this is insane. all i want to do is get waht i paid for.

Trust me a lot of us feel your frustration, it's amazing EA went with such a heavy handed method to distribute DLC yet aren't prepared for all the problems that go along with it. In all honesty there is no reason they just don't use the standard Xbox Live method of distributing things.

exactly, all of this could have been fixed by just simply making the codes for marketplace.

The reason they are using this CEREBUS deal is to make money off of the used games market. If you don't have a CEREBUS card, which will be the case with used copies of ME2, then you can't download DLC. So, if you buy a used copy of ME2 and you want the DLC, you will have to pay EA $15 in order to access it. Welcome to the future of gaming.

I agree...it is a huge pain in the ass. After spending all afternoon on hold I finally got support to link my gamertag with my EA account. But when I got home to download my stuff, all that showed up in-game was my Blood Dragon armor...my Terminus Armor/Weapon, Collector Armor/Weapon and Inferno Armor is missing despite being right there on my "Registered Games Promos" page on the Bioware site. Guess I will have to spend all afternoon tomorrow getting that resolved too. This is just turning into one HUGE mess.
