Hi,

 

I'm not sure what to do at this point.... 

 

I purchased some clothes for the girlfriend on Dec 8th and they still haven't arrived, I've contacted the BioWare store and they told me to contact customs, which I did... who then told me to contact the courier service, which i did... who then told me they can't track the item and to contact customs again... which i did...

 

it seems I can't get anywhere at this point? will I get another package sent? refunded? what are my options... 

 

It was meant to be an xmas gift, which is why I don't really want a refund... but surely by now the package has somehow gone missing? 

 

I just don't know what to do...

It sounds like your package is very lost. You could ask Bioware to offer you a refund so you can purchase them again. 

 

I've order things from the store and I've always received the items very promptly. I don't think your packages will be this late, maybe it depends on who you ring up at the courier as to whether or not they find your package .
