After Citadel's missions and before the party, you get one on one scemesmwith pretty much everyone. But I can only get Liara, James, EDI, Harris, Javik, Kasumi, Zaeed, and Traynor.
It's only until after I trigger those and leave and do some missions that I get the other ones. But how can I trigger them all without having to leave sunset strip?
I try and make everything work as realistically as possible in my play throughs. So I always try to do Citadel right before Thessia. Can anyone please inform me on how to trigger all the one on one encounters in one go,without leaving shore leave and coming back?

I usually just walk out of the apartment into the Silversun Strip and immediately go back. It seems the area needs to be reloaded for you to get a new message. And sometimes a certain number of dates needs to be done. However, you can pretty much do them all at once this way. No need to do any missions in between, I think. At least I've never had to. (I usually played the DLC after Horizon.)
EDIT: For some of the dates to trigger, you might need to meet the people in the base game first and/or complete their missions (like Miranda), if I'm not mistaken.

You mean the meetups?
Talk to the characters. Liara, Samantha, Steve, edi, James and Joker
You have to talk with Jacob, Samara, Jack after completing their related mission for them to have a meetup
Miranda, Zaeed, Kasumi, Grunt will automatically get a meetup if alive. Miranda will send an email to see the apartment. Zaeed is located in the same area that you meet Samantha. Kasumi will be in the casino. Just need to stand near a wall, might be wrong about that, and she will show up. You will receive an email from C-Sec in regards to Grunt.
I believe meeting Wrex at the bar in the casino is all that is needed
Javik, if recruited, Tali, Garrus, Ashley, Kaidan if alive will send an email if Shepard talked with them throughout the game
Visit Thane in the hospital to watch him die and receive an email from his son about having a memorial for Thane.
If for some reason, you receive no emails to see more characters, try playing a couple rounds of the armax arena. That might trigger a few more emails to pop up
