First off i didnt check to see if anyone already posted this so im not trying to steel their thunder, i just rembered this from other games and decided to see if it works.  This is a program that basically just caps the fps to wtv u want it to, i left it at 30 and it severly lowered the temp on my GPU.  instructions and dl on the page with the link.  I really hope this helps some people cause this was getting really frustrating.  Good luck yall.
