This is a really minor bug. The Minor Circlet of Blasting is an item in the Sundry Store - Low default toolset store. It is listed in the "miscellaneous" category of items in the store properties, but ingame it appears in the armor section of the store instead of the misc section. Technically the armor section is correct as it is a helmet.
