I already finished Sand and Ruin pretty early (around lvl 16). Now i am lvl 20 and i found Superior BattleMage Armor. However i do not have Fade Touched Royal Sea Silk. Is there a place in the Hissing Waste that spawn Venatori. How do i get FT Royal Sea Silk other than finding Venatori. Like Specific areas

Venatori spawn all over the Hissing Wastes, though much less so in sections heavy with lurkers.

I'd check the areas around your camps as quiet often the Venatori camps aer quite close to yours on that map I noticed. S oif you're looking for Venatori that for me has quite often been the best way to find them at least for me. That's how I eventually got the last tome I needed for the rift ,mage spec in my last playthrough in the end.
