Hi there

the people from south america playing the multiplayer of DAI cannot join in games with people from the rest of the world, it seems the ip's are blocked or something like that, that's not fair at all, there are very few people from south america playing, and it is very hard to find other players to join in multiplayer, i have a great stable and steady and fast internet connection, not laggy at all,

so, please don't put us aside from the multiplayer of mass effect andromeda,

that's all,

thanks :)

For DAIMP, PM SpaceVegan (Brazil) (unless you already have) If he's still playing, he's great at new adds.

Have you tried a VPN with a proxy here in NAm?

Also, hopefully MEAMP doesn't have the craptastic "regional matchmaking system" that DAIMP has. Why they put in in DA when they didn't in ME still is beyond me..

Good Luck

Yeah, I'd have no problem with the game giving preference to whoever is closer to you (Assassins Creed did this back in the day, and it kind of worked), but completelly shutting off the rest of the world is BS.

It can be difficult at best. At worst it means you can't actually play a game you own so I hope they don't do this.

Also I hate being teamed with the same people over and over again. Nothing personal,I just enjoy playing random people more often.

Panama Canal beat them to it!

Actually, the problem with DA:I, as it was explained to me, is that all the regions were essentially locked off from each other (as far as random matchmaking went.) It was possible for people from different regions to land in a lobby together, but very unlikely. More often they'd get stuck in a loop of searching if there wasn't a local lobby available.

In the case of some regions, like South America, the local playerbase wasn't high enough to avoid having clear peaks and valleys of usership. During valleys, trying to find a game was more like wandering the wasteland.

I believe they are probably going to re-think their approach with future games, so hopefully you won't get the same experience with ME:A.
