As long as they don't cut a major end game arc/mission(looking at you MGS5), I won't really care too much.
Games always have cut content, if we're "lucky" or loud we'll sometimes get it as DLC.

I don't care what gets cut out if it gets cut out well. Kotor 2 was left as a broken mess with dialogues and map markers referencing stuff that isn't in the game and ME3 got stuck with the worst ending since...forever.
But did you know that Sleheyron was cut from Kotor I? Or that there was supposed to be a huge temple on Tatooine? No you probably didn't. Or at least you wouldn't know that just from playing the game.
If everything Bioware announces will be in the game and work as intended I won't care if they cut out a witcher 3 worth of stuff during development.
