Not sure if the last couple of people have stopped playing or if adding the DLC broke my game but I've not been able to find a match all day.

There are lots of people playing, so I guess you broke something. Or maybe you need to open the correct ports for matchfinding to work.

Yes, that's when I stopped getting matches. I was getting matches before I downloaded it.

Also, if you can't get games - meaning that the searching goes on forever - please check that your router has UDP ports 3659, 5659, and 6000 open for inbound and outbound traffic. If you are on PC, you may need to open those ports for UDP in Windows Firewall as well. Even if you can get games without doing that, you will find that you can find games a lot faster once those three ports have been explicitly opened.

  If you don't have the DLC installed, they send you to the alternative servers to play with other non-DLCers.  That's probably why you can't find anybody....  Why they have dedicated servers for non-DLCers is a mystery to me.

No dice, even uninstalled and reinstalled. Adding the DLC appears to have broken multiplayer for me :<

There are updates to the DLC.  If I remember, you have to right click the particular DLC, then select the italic "I"   Do this for each DLC.  Had a similar issue after reinstalling the game and this fixed it.
