I ordered the relay necklace and it was delivered on December 15th. It was assembled incorrectly (one of the pins for the gyroscopic rings missed a hole it was supposed to go through, so it doesn't spin) and I put in a support ticket. It's been over 3 weeks and I'm still "awaiting assignment to a support agent." Is support on holiday, backlogged, or just slow? It's frustrating spending $200 on a necklace to have it arrive manufactured improperly and get no response.

Damn that's frustrating, I was just oohing and ahhing over that necklace last week. Maybe if you don't get anywhere soon you could email the jewellery company itself? I was looking at their site and they advertise the relay necklace on there too. Just an idea....
