So I've posted in the EA Answers forum about an issue I've been having in Dragon Age: Inquisition SIX days ago! I've bumped it nearly every day since then and I've only had one response... Would someone respond to my post there or suggest another place I can go to ask for help?

Here's me, saying that whenever the repair function doesn't work, you should try a full reinstall.
Your save file may also be bugged. I'd advise for you to see if a new game removes the issue, and if it does, just revert to an earlier save with your actual character.
This is going to sound like a weird question, but were you in stealth at the time? Most of the spawns (and dialogues) in that area are controlled by trigger regions on the ground. If your character is in stealth, he or she won't activate the trigger and the spawn or dialogue won't happen. Since the game relies on the spawns (and dialogues) happening in a specific order, one failed spawn can break the rest.
