Hello guys,

I've got some problems with BioWare Social Network and Origin account!

I played Mass Effect serie's a while back and haven't completed the third one. Now i want to start from scratch again, because i can't remember everything anymore and haven't played all the DLC's. So i want to start from scratch again and buy all the DLC's that i don't have.

I've made a BioWare Social Network account a while back (i believe 2 years back) with this email adress that i'm using right now. I needed to choose a nickname when i logged in and activated Mass Effect 2. Later i went to Mass Effect 3 and clicked activate but a error pops up "you don't own this game".

Later i found out that this profile is registered on gmail while my Origin account is registered on hotmail. How can i solve this problem or link my BioWare Social Network to my Origin account?

I also tried to delete this profile and start from scratch again with the same email adress as my Origin account. Funny part is, can i still use this nickname, activate Mass Effect 2 for a second time on BioWare Social Network?

The BioWare Social Network uses Origin accounts for authentication. So whether you log into the Origin client, BSN, these forums, or a lot of other EA sites/services you are using an EA Account.

This means you have two EA accounts, one with a Hotmail address and another with a Gmail address. To change email addresses on your account you can use EA's "My Account" page:
