Kill Venatori in the Hissing Wastes for either.

Better for what and for whom? Personally, I think King Willow Weave looks better than Royale Sea Silk, gotta love that golden sheen.

But if you meant better as an FT buff, it depends on whether you are a mage or not.

KWW gives +30 Magic on hit for 10 seconds. That's a nice combat damage boost, +15% Attack, for a mage. It's a full +30% Attack against enemies with barrier.

RSS has two versions. One reduces mana/stamina cost of abilities by 20% if you aren't hit for 5 seconds, which is pretty common for mages and archers. The other gives a 10% chance to cast Fade Cloak on hit. That's useful for DW rogues and tank warriors, not so much for mages.

So as a mage, I'd probably prefer KWW. Anyone else, probably RSS.

PS. KWW can also (only?) be looted from Darkspawn. At sufficienly high level, you can buy both mats from the Black Emporium as well.

If we're talking about looks, nothing beats a plaidweave and veridium combo. My inquisitor looks like a sneeze.

@PapaCharlie9: You can't buy FT mats at the Black Emporium, can you? If so, I really need to visit there more than 3 times per game. Usually, I go once early on to fix anything I screwed up in character creation, once at 8th level when the Tier 2 mats become available, and once at 16th level (or thereabouts) when the Tier 3 mats become available.

One or more of the darkspawn in Valeska's Watch will generally drop a FT KWW.

You are right, my bad. I mixed up the regular KWW with the FT KWW when I looked at the wiki table.
