How may I help you? : Hi, I am having some trouble with my Cerberus NEtwork account on Mass Effect 2 Michael: Please elaborate the issue in detail. : Alright. it will take a minute to type. : Yesterday when I got my game, I followed the instructions to download the Collector's Items. I redeemed them on my email du***nk3@hotmail.com, not knowing that my Gamertag was not linked to that particular email. I then activated the Cerberus Network through the in game Main Menu and could not find the Collector's item download. So I went into a chat with a EA Support person and had them link my Gamertag to the email that the Collector's items were on. Once he did that the items where available to download but my Cerberus Network said "Activate Cerberus Network". : When I try to re-activated it with the provided code, it says that the code is already in use. Obviously with whatever email was previously associated with my Gamertag. Michael: Please provide me your Gamer Tag ,EA account id and your date of birth registered on EA site. : Gamertag: Du****kEC Email: du****k3@hotmail.com BirthDate: July 18, 1991 Michael: So Can I give you the new codes to redeem on d*****k3@hotmail.com ? : Yes, that is what email I am using from now on.
