I like almost all of those.
If it was me, I'd use either Asari Vanguard, Salarian Infiltrator, or most likely, Justicar.
As for what would probably be the fastest, that would most likely be the Grenade Gear Assguard on bronze/Silver (and probably Gold) and the TGI on Platinum.

Asari Vanguard is fun, you can charge around and throw grenades that do pretty good damage. They're pretty easy to learn too.
The other classes are boring, trust me

TSol is a beast with almost any weapon but slap an Talon or HurrDurricane on him and he's unstoppable.
Ghost with Saber or Derperus Carrier is a cakewalk
Salarian - N00b sniper. Energy drain - headshot, can't get any easier.
AJA is extremely fun for kamikaze runs to bubble stuff up.
Asari Vanguard, lol death machine, charge - Wraith to face, grenade to face - Profit.
AVS - well I don't love the kit, since she's a boring Fury to me, but's she pretty tanky and Warp just cheeses things like nothing else.
I agree with most of what the Brunette Whisperer said. Anyways Mr. Scrub, of that list though the Turian Soldier is most fun to play. Slap a Claymore and use the damage bonus power (can't recall) and clean out everything.
So, I've finally decided on an Asari Justicar. But surely will try to play other suggested builds later, thanks!
Valkyrie was one of the last 4 kits I finished the challenges for too. The other one was Drell inf... and I don't remember the rest. Most likely Retaliation kits too.

Valkryie / Hurricane no passives warp ammo adrenaline mod is one of the most exciting kits and set ups in the game, and is an absolute beast
