I played maybe 3 hours with the base game, but the goty is 30 euros at 50% off.
Is it worth it or I'm good with the vanilla game?

Honestly? This answer will no doubt be disagreed with, but in my opinion...
Trespasser is amazing, you HAVE to have it to finish the game properly as the original ending is basically a big 'to be continued'.
The Descent bored the crap outta me. 5 hours of slogging around the deep roads for an ending that you could honestly just watch on Youtube. I don't think I'll ever play it again.
Jaws of Hakkon is okay, and I understand why many people like it. I didn't that much. It was okay and learning about the Inquisitor was cool but....I'm so-so on it.
So you could just get Trespasser, play the game you already have and go straight into Trespasser at the end. Then, if you enjoyed the game and want to play it again, consider JoH and The Descent as something to experience next time.
As for the armour and stuff, well, I'm not hugely bothered by those things. I did use the Qunari stuff for Iron Bull as he looked great in it. The soundtrack is great so that's a really nice extra. If you were going to buy that on Amazon it'd cost a bit so you're saving with that.
It's up to you really, would you like the soundtrack and extra armour?
Have fun whatever you chose. ![]()
I'm thinking about buying just Trespasser DLC because I read that's the DLC that finishes the vanilla story. I'm not interested in bonus gear/weapons, so yeah perhaps the best choice is the Trespasser dlc + vanilla game. ![]()
Well it really depends on how much you like the base game. After you finish, you might wish you had the extra content that JoH and Descent provides and kick yourself for not buying the GotY edition instead since that will ultimately cost less.
At 3 hours in you're not at the point to play any DLC at all anyway. Spending some time playing and then decide whether you want to buy the GotY edition.
Well I'm not even able to start a new game, because my newly created mage is stuck in an empty void like level... ![]()
