For me it's the ugly hand blemish on humans. I remember seeing it on Anders... creepy and gross.

 

Much prefer everyone to look fantastically clean and Hollywood-esque, than to have realistic skin blemishes. Having said that, I'd like teeth to be just a little dirty in appearance, so it doesn't draw your attention away from what the character is saying - because if the teeth are really white, you're gonna notice.

 

In answer to the question of dirty ears, I think it's just too much shading... Either that, or it might have something to do with BioWare cutting corners due to lack of development time (like with the nameless NPCs you can't interact with - that never say anything - having extremely low resolution faces).

Oh god don't.  Ew ew ew ew ew.  I can only mod a couple of them as the other chars have conflicting mods, but Isabela's in particular are so nasty.  It's like she's never washed them.  How does anyone create those and think they're legit?

All of my Hawkes have tattooed faces... just not with the blood smear, because you're right, that one is a serious WTF.

Haha, I remember seeing Bethany's zombie hands for the first time. For a sec, I thought she caught the Blight, too, or something. That really freaked me out.

6 inches? 6 inches is wider than my head, going by the measuring tape in my bathroom. I know Bethany's head is wide, but it isn't THAT wide. If that pinkie is 6 inches, then her head is like 10 inches wide.
