The sounds of the engines of the ark slowly charging in the background for the duration of the prelude of ME:A like an omen. A hint of Liara's Galactic Record. The music conveying a feeling of crossing a great void likely never to return.

I just got the chance to listen to this entire track. It's so beautiful. I love ambient music like this; the sound is similar to when someone slows a song down 200% or so. Speaking of which, someone did for Mass Effect!
I recommend listening to the Normandy Reborn at twice the speed on the you-tube setting so it is only 400% slower, and the others on the normal speed.
