That's why I would absolutely fake the genophage cure if I were Shep. I do both in game, but if it were real life it would be insane to let them breed at full capacity. Which is why I'm mystified by ppl saying it's mean not to give the cure. Are you kidding? Have you read the codex? Or ever paid attention to anything about the Krogan at all????

God bless the Salarians and Turians is all I can say.

I'm all for letting the Krogan wipe the Salarians out and overrun the Turians. The Salarians deserve it and are arguably more dangerous than the Krogan. What with their biological weapons and covert uplifts. And mass genocide of infants lets not forget. Turians I don't mind. Let them serve ice.

Ice!

Ex-Cerberus lab technician. I imagine anyone who survived that position in the organisation was very skilled in outwitting all manner of horrors man was not meant to know, and probably a dab hand with a flamethrower.

It's funny.

A while back I was planning a novel/novella based on the Mass Effect Multiplayer. I had a character named Moses Kimball who is basically representing the turncoat sort of idea here. He was one of the first Cerberus agents to be enlisted, a Phoenix Adept based on the multiplayer avatar who is originally the primary antagonist, but is later forced into a situation where he has to switch sides.

Always thought it was a good idea, honestly.

I'm too lazy to find that "please god, no!" GIF from The Office but...please god, no. Anything but this.

I hope Cerberus is left behind forever.

You better not say you're a Rachni, since we know how Rachni v Krogan ends up. :P

Do we really?

The only visual match up that we are shown of a straight up Krogan vs. Rachni fight is Grunt combating the Ravengers; which are Zombie Rachni with their arms ripped off and replaced with long ranged cannons. Even then the pure tank breed is almost killed by a handful of armless zombies; some future of the Krogan race there.

Grunt against a full fledged Brood Warrior would have gone very, very differently. :P

*reads the Codex entry about the Rachni War* Yes.

Be fair, that's not a good example since those aren't Rachni, but Rachni that were huskified by the Reapers. The husk version of races are stronger than the race they are made from. Add to that that there were a lot of them vs one Grunt, while we're talking a duel.

A Brood Warrior would only come out to face Grunt after Grunt killed practically all the other Rachni of a colony.

Didn't expect a conversation to come of this, so we should probably get back ontopic.

Ah yes the Rachni Wars, a 300 year grueling slugfest that was defeated by the combined efforts of the Salarians, Asari, and Krogan. Even if we give the battle toads all the credit; they joined the fighting after the Rachni had been invading for almost 100 years, and it took them 200 to push them back and win. Meanwhile, the Krogan Rebellions could barely last more than a few decades, before they were pushed back to their nuclear hellhole of a homeworld.  B)

And I am being fair, :P Ravengers are horrible at close to medium range, Grunt would have been flayed alive if he tried that same stunt against actual Rachni with their armor piercing claws.

Plus if we are talking about a hypothetical one on one fight then a Rachni Brood Warrior vs. Grunt would't go in Steve Blum's favor. An alien with natural weapons on par with modern day armor, and a skin that is bullet resistant, not to mention the biotic abilities and acid spit it can bring to the fight.  :P

But I do agree, we should get back on topic:

No Cerberus, not now, not ever.

Isn't that Basically Randall Ezno's Deal from Infiltrator?

He has as much tech in him like Leng and Shepard but he is apparently immune to the side effects.

Humans are soft

Salarians soft

Asari soft.

Quarians, not so much.

Turians? You gotta know how to work a blade I guess but I don't see much point to it.

Krogan are weak enough they get defeated by softies.

I'm not sure the best tactic is saying those people who made me their bitches are weak. Talk em up a bit do your race doesnt look so pathetic.

I see you're working on it. It shall not go unrewarded...

I've made some calls and what can I say - I managed to get some of those Revenant spare ammo clips you so dearly value as a prize. Just for you. No strings attached.

Happy auto-firing!

One does not survive the reaper upgrades for too long. Indoctrination is permanent and eventually turns the victim's brain to sewage.

No more Cerberus. They over stayed their welcome in ME3.
