I'm trying to figure out if Mass Effect Galaxy occurred before or after the geth attack on the Citadel. According to the wiki, ME Galaxy occurred before ME Foundation 5 (the latter occurring after the attack), but that doesn't exactly help me answer my question.
Anyone else have any details? Thanks in advanced.
Jacob Taylor wasn't a Cerberus member in ME Galaxy, he joined "nearly 1 month" after the geth attacked the Citadel, as seen in ME Foundation 5 and 6, so that would mean ME Galaxy could take place in that 20 day-ish period between the Battle of the Citadel and Foundation 5 but it feels kind of short.
Plus, the Council would be under tight security that shortly after the geth attack, I don't see batarian extremists trying anything then. Before the geth attack seems more plausible.
I am not sure I remember it correctly but wasn't there a news broadcast in the intro of the game where they mentioned the geth attack on the Citadel? That would put Galaxy after the end of ME1 for sure.
20 Days does seem short but it wouldn't be the first time that the comics (especially Foundation) mess with previously established events big time.
