Somewhere for triggered squadmates to go whenever they receive a snarky email or if somebody says something they don't like, the facilities are pretty common in most universities now days so surely a high tech spaceship in the future would be able to incorporate one as well?

I think it will depend largely on the quality of armor and the kinetic barriers.
