I placed my order back near the beginning of November. It shipped on November 23rd (it was originally to be a Christmas order). I was told to wait six weeks, and after that, if it had not arrived, it could be re-shipped or refunded. A week ago, I sent off an email asking for a refund, as the package has not arrived yet. I got the standard email saying they would try to respond in 48 hours. That was a week ago. I've been out $168.88 since time of shipping. The initial order stated that it was shipped via USPS Priority International, which takes 6 to 10 business days and has a tracking number. It costs roughly 60 to 65 dollars to ship to Japan. After I contacted customer service the first time, I was told this was incorrect. They shipped it via USPS First Class International which is 45 to 50 dollars based on the rough weight of my order. There is NO tracking for First Class International. This also means that my order was overcharged if the information I was given by the postal service was correct.
So, I requested a refund. So far, no response. What are my options here?
