Indoctrination isn't transmitted via a virus or toxin, instead it works via space magic an energy field that is created by most reaper tech, which alters your mind when you spend time in it. A quarian suit would give no protection against that.

I think I read somewhere that Reaper indoctrination works using infrasound and subliminal messaging... The "indoctrination" codex entry in ME2, maybe? Whether it's that or "space magic", it's definitely not a virus or toxin, so it would definitely affect Quarians.

In my headcanon, Reapers use technology similar to that MK Ultra research, but magnified by 1000.
Husks aren't indoctrinated in the same way that Sovereign indoctrinated Saren. Husks just have weird implants and things.

Well, I suppose it wouldn't be impossible that Quarian suits are somehow protected against Reaper indoctrination, especially during ME3 when it's plausible that they could have experimented on the dead Reaper at Rannoch and adjusted their suits to provide some kind of protection against it.

Hardly,Reapers uses infrasounds capable of penetrating someone's mind,making them eventually mad.

It's weird that there are scientists in real life that are actually studying this kind of thing,some say they are even testing it...
