Hi All: Just asking is there a fix or patch for this? Why I asking is I make a new Shepard, leave the Citadel for 1st time and I have to go online to download my pre orders. The game been out almost 4 years and I have do this every time I make a new Shepard, cant this be a 1 time thing?
Why do we have to go online to get our pre orders

DLC must be reverified with every new game and/or every time you launch the game. I suspect you're on a console.
