For all my Shepard who join Cerberus at the end of ME2 and started ME3 with a shock that I not in favor with Cerberus anymore sucks.  I just wished there a option that we still work for Cerberus, they take lead and Shepard tries to destroy all aliens hopes so that human can take control over galaxy.   Would be cool if we had new companion from Cerberus working with Shepard but I guess it wont be happening

That ship sailed years ago.

If it helps you, i was in shock at the start of ME 2, when everyone dropped Shep like a hot potato and my Akuze survivor had to join Cerberus. The transitions into Cerberus and out of it, weren´t done well.

It worked a lot better for players like myself as an introduction to the franchise. After playing 1 i was a little stunned at how 'bad' incompetent and amateurish they were.

My Shepard never worked for Cerberus. She worked with Cerberus. If there was an option to work with TIM in ME3, I would.

Yeah, it would have been nice.  Although the main plot of the game would have had to been much different, and Cerberus would have needed to be vastly different from ME3 form.

Neither Cerberus leading the fight to destroy the Reapers or humanity seizing control of the galaxy would have made sense.

Cerberus itself has never been done well, it's been an inconsistent mess throughout the trilogy.

You know what I would have liked somehow?

1)Cerberus much like we got, but more grey. Faction choosing to take on Reaper tech even if it implies that they're covertly under the Reapers' thumbs.

2)Yet also an Indoctrinated sort of faction (not just husks). Faction choosing to reject Reaper tech even it it meant more outright sabotage from indoctrinated agents that collect in groups at certain hotspots.

We could then decide whether to support the war more or the effort to control more, with suspicious eyes towards both approaches. Could even be forms of perceived sabotage involving both. (A Cerberus side could seemingly have the tech to prevent clear sabotage compared to Alliance/organics, while the Alliance side could seemingly have the will to resist the Reapers more so that they didn't come off as creepy as Cerberus. Our RP would decide what we trust more and leave us with questions at the end about whether we chose the right/correct path.)

Much of this is already technically in the game, but the dramatic approach was still MUCH more anti-Cerberus than I would have liked. And I say this as someone easily opposing them.

EDIT: And instead of a near-half-Cerberus, near-half-Reaper, a-bit-Geth thing - with Cerberus technically being encountered more if you mean quantity of missions instead of length - I'd have liked it to instead be 1/4 (or less) Cerberus, 1/4 (or less) Indoctrinated (reskin when necessary, elaboration of the merc sub-factions in ME2), 1/4+ Reaper, 1/4 (or less) Geth.
