If you have 3 Pyros in front of you, you're usually dead. Even with piercing mod you can't hit them all at the same time if they are lined up.

Hey Czeuch, a quick point not being mentioned re the Reegar.
Don't expect it to be as effective as many of the videos you will watch with players using it.
Because of its incredibly fast fire rate, it is a frame rate dependent weapon. On PC (where most of the video comes from) they play at a higher framerate and the Reegar jumps to another level of unholiness. Especially when paired with Incendiary ammo. Double especially when the target is already primed with warp or another fire based attack (biotics apparently count as fire damage in the game code)
You will never achieve the results of the PC players.
Now it is still ridiculous against health / shields / barriers, just not as effective against armor. A low level Reegar on PS3, with no ammo equipped or mods will do nothing to armor.

It's really difficult for me, even though I already have almost 100 hours of MP, Gold is well built and very difficult for players that aren't that much experienced and don't have a decent manifest. I have 100 hours of game but I try to get information, so I study the game a bit. Imagine how difficult is Godl for people that play more casually.
I can't play any Gold Solo relaxed. I'm always tense and on the edge, because a mistake might screw you. Even so, I'm enjoying this challenge quite a lot mainly because it's possible to notice the improvements on each game.
I really wouldn't have make it to w10 naked (that's the best I could do so far, couldn't repeat it yet) without your useful tips and insights, so thanks BSNers

I'm aware that 100 hours in this game is indeed quite few. What I was trying to point out that even though 100h might be nothing compared to others in this game, it's still more than 4 days playing straight. So even with 10 hours of gaming, soloing Gold is very hard. That was my point.
I once saw a video of a guy that shown how he made 80M credits by playing 4 drell assassin's and making some very specific steps to finish a Platinum game under 10 minutes. This guy had 500 promotions with that class O.o
So he probably had more than 2k hours I'd day.

I haven't seen that... How? That's less than a minute per wave. Considering that you do each objective wave in 1 minute (which I don't think is possible since there's the objective time plus the clean up), then you have 2 minutes for w11, that leaves 2 minutes so all the other 6 waves???????

Position your team so you cover all spawns, then nuke them immediately. Hack objective waves so you always get targets.
Personally I think it's pointless but hey... if it's fun for them...

And seriously dude, give the SE vs geth a try. As long as you use RHA, the game is a breeze. Even gold solo.

It won't work with my current manifest. the SE depends a lot on weapons as ED is for shields and barriers and decoy is not the best offensive power there is.
With the Kroguard, I can get my shields back up with any enemies and his melee damage is very good even on Gold.
^ ED works on all machines too (Turrets, Atlas, all Geth). Not just shields and barriers.

Adas is perfect. I suspect any stagger weapon will work just as well. ED work great on geth, since any unit(any) will give you shields back when you hit it with ED, as well as 40% DR. And geth are berserk over Decoy. Seriously, I've seen them start pummeling the damn thing when I poped it up next to me and they were busy pummeling me before that.

wow big mistake from my side. This guy has Incinerate! Forgot about that. That's an improvement from what I thought.
The main difference between the build you suggested and mine is that I took damage on Incinerate and I only have Rank 3 on Fitness, which might present an issue on Gold.
But I can at least try with the build I have and see.
