I'm at the end of the main game and want to pick up some accessories. Mostly blue ones. I know there's a merchant that sells them as i've bought from them before but now can't remember where they were. Does anyone know which merchant sells them? I have no desire to go to every single merchant in the game just to find him.

The merchant in the main square who also sells valuables. The one standing out in the open instead of inside a shop.

 

The Black Emporium also sells high-level accessories.

Thanks for the help but the first merchant you mentioned sold mostly grey items and the Black Emporium is a little too high priced. I know there's a merchant somewhere who sells rings, etc at the blue/rare level.

Found it in crestwood.

Right now I remember only Caer Bronach and Griffon Wing Keep merchants selling blue accessories.
