She looks good! but not really a fan of the tadpole eyebrow... well, that's because its a makeup faux pas thing...
There are tricks with ME1 character creation (in ME2, its easier to use a good ME3 codes and adjust from there) and it shouldn't take anyone hours. I find its easier to use a real face as guideline. This is my fav Shepard since this is the first time I tried using my face as a template and realized its easier to gauge distance and placement with the eyes, nose and mouth than to just eyeball it on the cc. Just measure your face and put them on Shepard's face and then use the slider around it.

meanwhile most of my older 2014 Shepards look like a much older and very tired looking woman....

They have same facial types, thin lips, thin cheeks, angular face... however, ME1/2 textures make Shepard's skin look dry (especially with pale tones) and at times there's some wrinkles particularly around the eyes. I found out quickly that in ME3, facial structures are different. Sometimes the animation doesn't sync well (like you get strabismus easily if you use the same eye width) and the textures and makeup smooth the skin and take the years off her looks. So... you'll get ME1/2 FemShep who can look like someone in their 30s but suddenly look like mid 20s in ME3...
I just make her look young in the first two game that the difference in the third game would be minuscule. She might look too cute to be a hardened military woman but hey, IRL there are lovely cute military ladies as well. Besides, in ME, time dilation rule applies especially when you're a space travelling Spectre...
My major annoyance with character characterization was the preset facial structure... I usually pick a skull structure that look human and proportionate to the body. Its easier with FemShep than with BroShep. I can't seem to make a decent BroShep myself since all facial structures tend to be terrible.
This is prime example...

While I did have some success at times, making a masculine Shepard with borrowed facial textures from other characters but no matter what I do. I can't make custom BroShep to look.. human. Hours and hours of attempts, its always the same empty vacuousness that stare at me... why? WHY?
