Just seen this video. And I obviously knew what he was talking about since I'm pretty sure FIFA is an EA game and the store in it sounded just like the ME3mp store;
So yeah, EA is a lot smarter then I thought. No way is EA giving that money back.

Never. Doesn't mean some haven't or their kids. There's got to be an entertaining story on this subject matter somewhere... maybe it's to embarrassing of a story.
I remember some guy who bought a full manifest in the first week of MP, using real money. Something like 400 bucks.
My questions is, How old is this kid and why Fifa?, this is more lols than anything.
Not that young. It's mentioned in the vid. I recall between 16-18? So old enough.
Never happened to me. If it did it would be a venom to the face to kick them out of the house and while flying away a rocket to the keyster for good measure ![]()
Not on micro-transactions, but I easily bought more than $8000 of games from Steam and other digital stores last year. 90% of which I haven't even played yet.
The 17 year old probably doesn't even have a job yet and didn't learn to be responsible with money... Gotta get all those fifa unlockables tho lol
That's...well...impressive*...Not on micro-transactions, but I easily bought more than $8000 of games from Steam and other digital stores last year. 90% of which I haven't even played yet.

Please tell me that you made a typo and meant to write $800. I mean, I spent a lot on games I basically never played, too... but not enough to buy a used car, you know? ![]()

It was just a general statement relating to the thread, what I actually spent was around $11000 if you include upgrading my PCs as well.

Well okay. It's your money after all. But even if I was a billionaire, I don't think I'd ever spend so much money on games I'm probably not going to play. ![]()
No different than the Auction House in Diablo 3 a couple years back. A single item would sell for $250.

I do plan on playing all of them eventually and some of them are just digital versions of games that I have already liked & played in the past and just bought them to have a legit digital copy for convenience/replaying them again.

Liked for plural
I was going to drop 8 grand on PSP's but I'm still waiting for the store to load... ![]()
